Volunteer for the Homes by Architects Tour.
The Homes by Architects Tour couldn’t happen without volunteers. Volunteers are stationed at each home to greet visitors and sell tickets.
Volunteers should be prepared to perform the following duties:
Sitting outdoors for up to four hours (shelter will be provided in the event of poor weather conditions)
Counting money and making change
Tracking the number of visitors who tour the home during your shift
Greeting visitors and providing general information about rules of the tour
Answering general questions about the tour
Volunteers are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the volunteer site and for finding a replacement should you be unable to fulfill your volunteer duties.
Training for Volunteers
A 30-minute virtual orientation session will cover everything you need to know about your role as a volunteer.
This session will be recorded for those unable to attend the live orientation session. Attending the live session is highly encouraged.
Volunteers who fulfill their shifts receive FREE ADMISSION to the tour all weekend, plus a $10 Target gift card!
